Summary
We are seeking a Female Personal Assistant for one of our female clients who loves to go shopping and access her local community. This role is vital in supporting our clients with brain injury rehabilitation, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and assistance in their daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care needs.
- drive the clients car when attending community based activities - she loves shopping
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients during their rehabilitation journey.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Support clients in engaging with rehabilitation exercises and therapies as prescribed. The client would love to go horse-riding again
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare or personal assistance roles is preferred.
- Strong understanding of personalized care
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to client interactions.
- First aid certification is a plus but not mandatory as all training will be given
