About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Founder in both professional and operational aspects of the business. This is a pivotal role that requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can anticipate needs, manage complex schedules, and act as a key point of coordination across the company.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a PA, demonstrate excellent organisational skills, and be comfortable managing people and processes to ensure the Founder’s time is used efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary & Schedule Management: Maintain and coordinate a busy calendar, ensuring all meetings, appointments, and travel plans are efficiently scheduled and managed.
- Inbox Management: Support with email triage, flagging priority items, drafting responses, and ensuring follow-ups are actioned.
- Task & To-Do List Management: Monitor and manage the Founder’s to-do list, ensuring critical tasks and deadlines are tracked and met.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure action items are followed up and completed.
- Team Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the Founder and internal teams, helping to keep the business running smoothly by managing communications and ensuring accountability.
- Project Oversight: Help track the progress of ongoing projects, flagging issues and ensuring the Founder remains up to date with key developments.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and help resolve issues within the business, ensuring the Founder is supported in decision-making and delegation.
- Travel & Logistics: Organise travel, accommodation, and logistics as required.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage competing demands.
- Confident in working autonomously and taking initiative to solve problems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing and liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy with experience using productivity tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management software like Asana, Notion, or Trello).
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.
