Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the company directors.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Maintain organized records and files for efficient operations.
- Assist with data entry and clerical tasks as needed.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various tasks.
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for families visiting our facility.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
- Utilise accountancy software
- Qualifications
- Proven administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Experience with clerical tasks and data entry preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Compassionate demeanor suitable for the funeral service context.
