Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks, as well as excellent phone etiquette and data entry capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain organised filing systems for documents and records.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.
- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
- Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed.
- Support the team with various office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in research/development and sourcing
Experience
- Proven administrative experience is essential, with a strong background in office settings.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic financial management is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
