Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of People & Culture to lead our human resources initiatives and foster a positive organisational culture. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of human resources practices, including experience with various HRIS systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring the use of effective ATS for talent acquisition.
- Manage employee onboarding and training programmes to enhance employee experience.
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organisation.
- Utilise HRIS systems such as Workday and PeopleSoft to manage employee data efficiently.
- Implement performance management systems to drive employee development and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices in human resources.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce plans.
- Manage the full recruitment process.
- Provide administrative support for HR functions including data entry and reporting.
Experience
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably as a Director or similar position.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Salesforce is essential.
- Strong understanding of human resources principles, practices, and employment law.
- Experience with ATS for recruitment processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Proficiency in social media management for talent acquisition purposes is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £26,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
