This is a dynamic role, responsible for ensuring our people-focused strategies are well-coordinated. You will be based at our offices in Selly Oak, Birmingham on a hybrid basis with 3 days a week in the office.

What You'll Do

  • Track progress of key initiatives, supporting project leads and summarising updates for Sense’s Executive Team.
  • Maintain and report on the People Risk Register, working closely with risk owners.
  • Support budget monitoring and annual planning processes.
  • Prepare high-quality board reports, briefings, and presentations.
  • Manage meeting coordination, action tracking, and documentation.
  • Organise team events, travel bookings, and expenses reconciliation.
  • Maintain team systems including SharePoint, shared drives, and approval processes.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in providing high-level administrative support to senior leaders or executive teams (HR/People experience is a bonus but not essential).
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and a strong attention to detail.
  • A confident communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to draft professional documents and presentations.
  • Tech-savvy, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • A self-starter, who takes initiative and enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment.
