The role
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy managing multiple projects? As our People Advisor, you will be at the heart of delivering key People projects within Manchester Operations. With several initiatives underway to set us up for success in as we continue to grow and transform, your role will be pivotal in coordinating, prioritizing, and managing various activities. You will create and own trackers and packs to support the delivery of these programmes. If you are structured, love working at pace, work at a high standard with data and comms, and possess excellent coordination skills, this role is perfect for you!
What will make you successful in the role?
You’ll need to have experience of operating in a fast paced People Advisor role or similar before, and you must have experience of operating within a unionised environment. You’ll be experienced in HR policies and procedures and be capable of managing cases around absence management and disciplinaries, and people projects covering wellbeing, engagement, communications and change. You’ll be an effective communicator, and be able to quickly build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You’ll have excellent planning & organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task effectively. You’ll be passionate about living our values and providing excellent customer service.
