Rental Options (Choose what suits you best):
- £14/hour – hourly pay option (full-time roles)
- 43% Commission-Based (23% company+ 20% vehicle rental)
- Fixed Weekly Rent: (price without insurance/ with insurance included )

▫ Mitsubishi Outlander 2021 – £190/£240
▫ Ford Transit 2018 (7-seater, wheelchair accessible) – £240/£290

Requirements & Responsibilities
- PCO licence (required)
- Must complete a minimum of 20 jobs/week
- Must be available 5–6 days/week (10–12 hour shifts)
- Fuel, fines, and vehicle damage are the driver's responsibility
- Drivers under hourly or commission pay must work exclusively with us
Training & Compliance (Provided)
Mandatory for full-time commission/hourly drivers:
- MIDAS (Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme)
- Safeguarding Training
- Paediatric First Aid (depending on local authority).
