Job Description
In this vital role as a Payroll Data Analyst – Payroll & Reward, a passion for accuracy and a collaborative spirit makes all the difference. The focus is on ensuring a smooth, efficient payroll process by reconciling and maintaining data integrity across every stage. Working closely with the People Services team and payroll managed service, payroll submissions are handled with care, variances resolved swiftly, and clear records kept of any necessary corrections. With Oracle and payroll provider databases perfectly aligned, this role plays a key part in creating a seamless and reliable payroll experience. Qualifications

We offer a hybrid working model that allows you to split your week between working from home, and our support office in Cheltenham. This will likely be 1 or 2 days a week in the office, with full flexibility around the days that work best for you, and the rest working from home. Our office is conveniently located opposite the racecourse entrance, and features a café on-site, free parking, and beautiful parkland surroundings.
