As a Senior Payments Operations Transformation – Senior Associate within the Operations Transformation, Design and Delivery team, you will play a key role in identifying and implementing comprehensive solutions for the Payments business. You will focus on addressing client needs and contribute to transforming existing processes and technology platforms to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Your role will be pivotal in promoting innovation and achieving excellence in the Payments sector.
Job responsibilities
- Carry out business analysis, define and document business requirements for development and commercialization in order to meet FX business objectives
- Articulate and document as-is and to-be process flows including customer interactions, operations intervention, end to end payment flows and data handoffs
- Own, manage and track delivery of their changes by working closely with Product, Technology and Service teams across time zones and geographies
- Understand risks to delivery plans and/or proposed solutions and propose mitigation options to ensure delivery of their changes
- Perform impact analysis, defect analysis and operational readiness to ensure that impacted functional groups are informed of target state models
- Create regular reporting and scorecards for consumption by senior management and support the project management team with tracking and planning
- Plan, execute and analyse production verification tests and their results for the functionality that is delivered
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Product development, analysis and delivery experience within the financial services industry
- Solid record of change delivery and business analysis in large scale transformation initiatives
- Ability to build partnerships and work in a collaborative environment
- Demonstrable analytical skills, problem solving skills, innovative and strategic solutioning skills
- Communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) able to clearly articulate business change/requirement across levels of stakeholders
- Organizational skills, meeting/workshop facilitation, time management and ability to manage several concurrent projects
