At ABCA, we’re looking for a proactive Passive Fire Administrator to support our busy Passive Fire Department. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and have a knack for admin, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Raise and manage purchase orders and invoice receipts.
- Keep paperwork and digital files up-to-date and organised.
- Review completed job reports and ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor CASH system data to help generate reports for the Department Manager.
- Cross-check timesheets vs. vehicle tracker and system records.
- Handle and file survey data efficiently.
- Work with the Stock Controller to organise materials and supplies.
- Provide general administrative and data entry support to keep everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong Excel skills.
- Minimum 3 years of admin experience.
- Comfortable using CRMs – ideally familiar with CASH.
Desirable:
- Experience in the Passive Fire industry.
- Understanding of fire system regulations.
- Previous work in a similar technical admin role.
