AS OUR PARTNERSHIPS LEAD, YOU WILL...

  • Manage the stock of SPORTFIVE LED inventory ensuring this is accurately reflected within the system.
  • Manage the operational delivery of inventory for SPORTFIVE LED clients ensuring brands are allocated to the correct games.
  • End-to-end communication and co-ordination with clients, ensuring that LED operations are delivered successfully, supporting SPORTFIVE’s best in class proposition.
  • Oversee the receipt, creation and accuracy of creative files for assigned clients, allocating to the required element of the LED service once complete
  • Oversee the sharing of match LED inventory information as required, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Develop key rights holder and client stakeholder relationships including onboarding and information sharing.
  • Hold weekly status and activity calls, attend meetings and provide regular client reporting support as necessary.
  • Support in the management fluctuating workloads within the wider team.
  • Work closely with the Manager, Partnership Services and Operations to enhance and develop processes around the use of the operations portal, and internal workflow processes.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING…

  • Previous experience managing multiple key client accounts
  • Experience in Operations Admin and Operations Delivery
  • Highly organised and able to prioritize own workload proactively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A team player who is keen to support and coach junior members of the team
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A keen interest in sport and/or sport commercials and business management
  • Experience in the sports industry is advantageous but not an essential requirement of this role
