Job Overview
As a Cleaning Assistant at Adventure Parc, Dolgarrog, you’ll be responsible for cleaning our adventure pods between guest stays and ensuring all shared venue spaces and communal facilities are well-maintained and hygienic. Your work helps create a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and reset adventure pods after guest departures, including vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, removing rubbish, and checking for damage or lost property.
- Maintain cleanliness of communal areas such as restrooms, shower blocks, reception areas, café/restaurants, and event spaces.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries in communal facilities as needed.
- Follow cleaning checklists and schedules to meet health and safety standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the relevant team.
- Keep cleaning tools and storage areas organized and in good condition.
- Work cooperatively with other team members and respond to guest needs politely if approached.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred but not essential – full training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet and outdoors.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
