Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with clients, helping them find the right products and solutions to meet their needs. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment. An interest in Darts is a must, The candidate MUST be flexible and adhere to rota changes with valid notice given.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their needs
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of service
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends
Experience
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
