Your Opportunity:

- Planning, organising, and keeping projects on track — from day-to-day tasks to exciting new developments.
- Monitoring progress, solve problems as they arise, and keep everyone moving in the same direction.
- Coordinating activities, updates, and meetings so our teams and partners work seamlessly together.
- Managing key admin tasks, including orders, supplier set-up, access requests, and communications.
- Preparing and sharing regular park updates to keep our teams informed and connected.
What we’d like you to bring:
- Confidence using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for clear, effective communication.
- A self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with all levels of the team.
- Comfortable challenging ideas constructively to find the best outcomes.
- Positivity and a sense of humour, with facilities management experience a bonus.
