About Us
Littleville is a modern, vibrant, and innovative children's play cafe dedicated to creating memorable experiences for young minds through imaginative play and creative learning. Designed with both children and parents in mind, we offer a safe, engaging environment for little ones, alongside a welcoming space for parents to relax, enjoy high-quality food and drinks, and connect with others.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed team member to join us part-time — with the potential to grow into a Shift Leader, Team Leader, or an even more senior role after training. This role is ideal for someone passionate about early years, hospitality, and genuinely excited about progressing in a small but growing business.
This is not a typical part-time job — we’re seeking someone who’s serious about making a meaningful impact, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service to both children and adults.

- Supervise the play space, ensuring a fun and safe environment for children
- Engage with parents and guardians, answering queries and offering excellent customer service
- Prepare and serve barista-quality coffee and drinks
- Heat and serve food items such as toasties and paninis
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the day, including end-of-day clean-downs
- Support in organising and running group bookings or events
- Report any issues or customer feedback to the manager proactively

- A strong sense of responsibility, time management, and initiative
- Flexibility with weekend hours (usually one full weekend day required, plus some weekday shifts)
- Eagerness to grow into a leadership role and contribute to the success of our team long-term
Requirements
- Must be able to reliably commute to Orpington or plan to relocate before starting
