Location: Bristol BS10 (must be local)
Hours: 6 hours per week (2 hours × 3 days)
About the role:
Avo Activewear is a growing petite activewear brand for women 5'3" and under, founded by Ally, a fellow 5'1" woman who couldn’t find leggings that actually fit. We're now worn by thousands of petite women across the UK and beyond.
We’re looking for a reliable, creative assistant who lives locally to the Bristol BS10 area to join us part-time.
This is a flexible, hands-on role which is perfect for someone local, ideally young, and confident on social media.
What you’ll be doing:
- Packing and preparing customer orders quickly and accurately (this is the main focus of the role). This must be done during set shifts: Tuesday evenings, Thursday evenings, and anytime Sunday, however exact timings can be discussed at interview
- If time allows during your shift:
- Creating short-form video content for TikTok/Instagram
- Light cleaning/tidying of the office and workspace
What we’re looking for:
- You must live nearby – with only 6 hours per week, commuting isn’t practical
- You’re reliable, efficient, and take pride in doing a good job
- You're confident creating and appearing in short videos
- You’re familiar with CapCut or similar editing tools
- You’re organised, friendly, and proactive
- Since our activewear is designed for women 5’3” and under, the role may suit someone petite - but this isn’t essential.
