We are a growing company specializing in the distribution of premium baijiu (Chinese liquor) to international markets. Our goal is to elevate our brand presence through social media marketing and experiential events, engaging both trade professionals and consumers.
Job Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management (Primary Role)
- Content Creation: Design and schedule engaging posts (images, videos, reels, stories) for Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu (Red Note), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Platform Growth: Implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Bilingual Content: Write compelling captions, articles, and reports in both English and Chinese.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments/messages, fostering relationships with followers.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics and provide bi-weekly reports (in both languages).
2. Event Coordination & Support (Secondary Role)
- Assist in planning and executing brand events, tastings, and trade shows (both online and offline).
- Help with logistics, promotions, and on-site social media coverage during events.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
3. Flexibility Requirement
- Must be available for occasional extended hours during key events (advance notice will be provided).
- Willingness to assist with last-minute marketing or event-related tasks when needed.
Requirements
- Fluent in English & Chinese (Mandarin) – Strong writing and communication skills in both languages.
- Social Media Expertise – Experience managing business accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu).
- Creative Skills – Ability to design posts (experience with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing is a plus).
- Event Coordination – Prior experience in event planning or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Adaptability – Comfortable with a dynamic role that blends digital marketing and hands-on event support.
- Passion for Baijiu/Chinese Culture – A plus, but not required.

- 活动期间协助物流、宣传和现场社交媒体报道。
- 与供应商、合作伙伴及内部团队协调,确保活动顺利进行。
3. 灵活性要求
- 需在重要活动期间偶尔延长工作时间(会提前通知)。
- 愿意在需要时协助处理临时的营销或活动相关任务。
任职要求
- 流利的中英文(普通话) – 具备出色的双语写作和沟通能力。
- 社交媒体经验 – 有管理企业账号的经验(Instagram、Facebook、LinkedIn、小红书)。
