Black Rooster is more than just great chicken. We’re a Scottish-born brand with big ambition and even bigger flavour. As we continue expanding across the UK, we’re looking for an experienced marketing professional to help shape how we show up in the world – from social media and content creation to campaigns, store launches, and brand storytelling.
This role doesn’t come with a rigid brief. Instead, we’re looking to meet talented marketers with around 3-5 years’ experience – then shape the role to fit your strengths.
What you might work on:
- Planning and delivering marketing campaigns for new store launches, menu items, or seasonal promos
- Creating or overseeing content for social media, email, and paid channels
- Managing brand partnerships, local collaborations, or influencer activations
- Helping to define and evolve Black Rooster’s brand voice and visual identity
- Tracking campaign performance and bringing ideas for optimisation
About you:
- You have 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role (in-house or agency)
- You understand both strategy and execution – and enjoy rolling up your sleeves
- You know what makes great content and storytelling work in today’s landscape
- You can confidently lead projects, manage deadlines, and communicate with clarity
- You bring creative energy, initiative, and a passion for food, culture, or brand-building
