The Kitchen porter is responsible for cleaning dishes, cutlery and pans during shift, assisting the chefs during operational times, includes pealing and chopping ingredients, restocking prep stations, help setting up for service, regularly taking out general rubbish and food waste, sorting out stock and cleaning kitchen at the end of the shift. General maintenance of hygiene in the kitchen which includes sweeping and mopping. (May include cleaning other departments of restaurant also).
Requirements:
-Must be 18 and over
-Friday and Saturday work compulsory
-Being comfortable on your feet for a long period of time in a hot and busy environment
