Black Mamba are looking for bubbly enthusiastic individuals to join their energetic, friendly team in their city based restaurant and bar. Based in the heart of Dundee, Black Mamba is a bustling venue which offers brunch, lunch and dinner and drinks.
Candidates ideally have previous experience in the hospitality/ cafe industry, however, this is not essential. Candidates must be flexible with their working hours.
Daily duties:
- Helping to open & close the venue serving food & drinks
- Helping to run busy brunch, lunch and dinner services, working alongside other team members
- Working on the bar if required on quieter days, making a combination of soft drinks, cocktails & hot drinks
- Working busy evening shifts running a section competently on their own
- Greeting customers with a bubbly happy personality
Training will be offered where required. We are looking for candidates who have a can do, bubbly attitude first and foremost, so don't be put off if the hospitality industry is new to you!
Should the right candidate prove themselves over their probational period more senior positions within the company are available for immediate start.
