The ideal candidate is likely to have some prior experience in the FMCG category and a keen interest in technology and must have at least 2 years general admin / customer service experience to join our friendly and welcoming team. The Sales Support Executive will assist the sales team with day-to-day tasks, manage customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products, maintaining sales records, and providing support for sales presentations and meetings.

Experience and Qualifications:
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Excellent communication, customer service skills and telephone manner.
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Experience in sales support or a similar role is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience using any ERP and CRM system like Orderwise, Microsoft Dynamics is a plus

Pay: £12.50 per hour
