Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of and management of the Support email inbox, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Conduct high quality customer service consistently.
- Displaying investigative skills to thoroughly review client inquiries whilst making use of our sophisticated systems.
- Identifying suspicious activity when necessary by making use of knowledge of our internal policies.
- Supporting the team in managing client onboarding processes and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- It is envisaged that there will be scope for the role to evolve with more responsibilities and progression for the suitable candidate.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service is necessary, preferably within the financial or fintech industry, but this is not essential.
- Ability to deliver negative news to clients and do so whilst concluding the matter amicably.
- Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of tasks efficiently.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong literacy skills and the ability to convey assertive points in a polite manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
