Mezzino (www.mezzino.com) are a privately owned student accommodation provider who operate throughout the UK and Ireland.
We now require a dynamic & confident Customer Service Advisor to work across our 253 bed property Aster House in Belfast.
You will be a self-starter, well-organised and able to think on your feet with strong interpersonal skills. You will be assist the accommodation manager in being responsible for maximising occupancy levels and maintaining the operational efficiency of the site. You will be expected to liaise closely with the student-tenants (and their parents), university personnel and external contractors as well as the client, at times.
Standard hours of work will be shifts between 9am - 5pm Saturday & Sunday plus one shift Monday- Friday. This is a 20 hour per week role.
Main responsibilities:
- Providing a front of house reception service
- Respond to inbound enquiries
- Assist with open days & viewings
- Welcoming visitors, partners, and contractors to the properties
- Ensure tenants have paid deposits and signed tenancy agreements
- Assist in allocations and tenancy generation
- Ensure that all rent is collected promptly and arrears are chased
- Manage and update the office systems including databases, spreadsheets, emails and files
- Liaise with Facilities to ensure maintenance issues are addressed promptly
- Assist with check-in and check-outs
- Other ad-hoc duties as directed by the Property Manager
The ideal candidate will have strong Administrative skills, and ideally have 1years property experience. You must have well developed customer service skills and be fully computer literate. You will need to be able to adapt to change and respond positively to new challenges.
