Hours: Monday to Friday, 17:30 – 22:30 (fixed)
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (25 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £12.25 per hour (paid monthly, in arrears)
About the Role
Dart FM Services Ltd is seeking a reliable and dedicated Part-Time Cleaner to join our friendly team. This role covers two local sites – an office in Hatherleigh and a medical centre in Black Torrington – both within easy reach of one another.
You will play an important role in maintaining high cleaning standards to ensure safe, clean, and welcoming environments for staff, patients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
- General cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and surface sanitisation
- Cleaning of office and healthcare environments to required standards
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health, safety, and infection control guidelines
- Using cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Reporting any issues or replenishment needs to your supervisor
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Able to work independently with attention to detail
- Willing to travel between the two nearby sites as part of the role
- Committed to maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness standards
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS check (provided if not already held)
- Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential – full training will be provided
