Job Summary
We are seeking a Electricians mate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be assisting in installing, this role does require travelling to various locations. maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to work with various tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project completion.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role.
- A driving licence and transport
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to the trade.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
