Job Offer: Care Assistant Position Available - Part time

Position: Care Assistant/Driving Care Assistant
Location: across Brechin, Montrose, Forfar, Arbroath, and Tealing.
Type: Part-time,
Salary: starts with £12.67 per hour (more after the probationary period), paid from hours stated on the rota, not just per time spent at a client, without loss of time up to 72 hours after sudden admission to hospital.
Start Date: Immediate start available
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and minimal housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals
- Help with mobility, transferring, and medication prompting
- Maintain accurate care records and report to senior staff/management as needed
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a care setting (preferred but not essential)
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable with work hours
- Own transport and driving licence (preferred but not essential)
- Willing to join the PVG scheme and register with the SSSC
