We are seeking a detail-oriented Cable Assembler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling cables used in various electronic applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with hand and power tools, ensuring high-quality assembly in a warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble cables according to specifications and diagrams.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assembly tasks.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures while working in the warehouse environment.
- Report any issues or discrepancies in the assembly process to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- No experience needed, all training will be provided on the job.
