We are looking for enthusiastic Chefs and Cooks to join us in Martin's Bar & Restaurant at Highlands End Holiday Park, situated on the stunning Jurassic Coast overlooking West Bay.
Not only do we run our day to day menu, with hearty, homemade dishes, we also have our famous “Roast on the Coast” Sunday Carvery and cater for functions & special one-off menus.
We have a role available, across mornings, lunch and afternoons. Working days being Friday to Monday.
If you can cook and handle the pressure, we want to talk to you. We need a team player to join and work hands on within our existing kitchen unit, working as one, in our Bar & Restaurant venue.
Elements of all roles will include the below but we are looking for someone to push forward our Breakfast and Lunch service.
Controlling and overseeing all food preparation for service.
Portion control, limiting wastage and delivering consistent, great quality.
Completion of Company H&S procedures and document auditing
Work service within a fast-paced and pressured environment and always maintain standards
Food is served every day from 9am - 8.00pm Daily
