Are you an experienced bookkeeper looking for flexible part-time work? We're a established, friendly, business seeking a reliable and detail-oriented accounts person to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day bookkeeping duties
- Bank reconciliations
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Processing overtime for submission to external company for payroll
- Preparing accounts - month end / year end
- Working with our accountant as needed for end-of-year reporting
Requirements:
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive, professional attitude
