We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and support during busy periods.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management as required.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
- A solid understanding of food safety practices is crucial to maintain health standards.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service and create a friendly atmosphere.
- Basic maths skills are necessary for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.

Pay: £12.21-£12.22 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 16 per week
