The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a coffee barista
- Ability to multitask, therefore a hard-working attitude is key
- Training will be given but willingness to learn is essential
- Exceptional listening and communication skills
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
- A polite, engaging and customer focused personality
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
