Background and purpose of the role:
The role of Administrator is to support Blackwell Earthmoving's HS2 project team to perform a variety of administrative tasks including providing support to our managers and wider team, assisting in daily office needs managing our projects general administrative activities
In so doing, the postholder will be instrumental in achieving the Company’s mission statement in accordance with the Company’s values.

Key deliverables:
· Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or working in an office environment.
· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
Key competencies:
· Preparing, organising, and storing information in paper and digital form
· Scanning site documentation (from all our sections NCA, AA and CA)
· Filing of scanned documentation on Teams (experience with Teams would be beneficial)
· Printing and Photocopying
· Working in an office.
· Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. Operations, Commercial etc.
· Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
· Be thorough and pay attention to detail
· Able to work on your own
· Able to work well with others

· Able to organise and deal with a large volume of incoming documents.
