We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Prime Central London Property Search Agency. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting property management operations, ensuring that all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently. This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. A multilingual background is advantageous, as it will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of property-related documentation and records.
- Coordinate communication between tenants, landlords, and service providers.
- Schedule property viewings and maintenance appointments.
- Marketing and sourcing new instructions, and clients.
- Maintain an organised filing system for all property-related documents.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and provide timely assistance as needed.
- Support the property management team in daily administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports on property status and maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the property sector.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse client base.
- Proficient in using office software and property management systems.

Must live in a reasonable travel distance from Victoria (40 minutes)
