We’re seeking a reliable Office Admin Assistant to support day-to-day operations at a successful and growing company in Northwest London. This is a varied role with exposure to both internal business processes and client-facing activities, ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and working in a tight-knit team.
What You’ll Do
Provide general administrative support across the office
Handle incoming calls, emails, and post professionally and efficiently
Support finance and property teams with data entry, filing, and document management
Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and expense reconciliation
Maintain and update internal systems, databases, and client records
Help coordinate meetings, diaries, and office supplies
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors as required
Support ad hoc projects and assist senior staff when needed

Previous admin experience in a finance, property environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Confident working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Knowledge of CRM systems or property software (desirable but not essential)
