Job Summary
We are seeking the right candidates to join our team of dedicated, hardworking and loyal housekeepers. The ideal person will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness, ensuring a welcoming environment for all home owners and guests. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service, presentation both professionally and personally with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces with and eye for the attention to detail, both in the domestic environment and Holiday Homes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning duties.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience could be beneficial although full training will be given.
- Experience in a holiday home industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
