Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated part 2 Scaffolder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, erecting, and dismantling scaffolding structures that provide support for construction activities. This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to work effectively in various environments. The Scaffold Builder will collaborate closely with other tradespeople to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Duties
- Construct and assemble scaffolding systems according to project specifications and safety regulations.
- Inspect scaffolding structures for stability and safety before use.
- Collaborate with other trades, including roofers, masons, electricians, and painters, to ensure seamless integration of scaffolding into ongoing projects.
- Use power tools and hand tools to fabricate components as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all tools and materials are stored safely.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to minimise risks on site.
- Assist in training new team members on scaffold assembly techniques and safety practices.
Experience
- Proven experience part 2 scaffolder
- Proficient in the use of both power tools and hand tools relevant to scaffold construction.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £17.13-£18.16 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
