Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Truck Driver to join our team at Scaffolding Company. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting scaffolding materials to various job sites across Great Britain, ensuring timely and safe delivery. Best candidates would also be a qualified scaffolder or scaffold labourer
Responsibilities
- Transport scaffolding materials to and from job sites safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety standards are met.
- Load and unload materials while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with site managers regarding delivery schedules and requirements.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
Requirements
- Valid UK driving license (Category C) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery is a plus but not required.
- Excellent time management skills and reliability.
