This is an ideal job for younger applicants (16+) or for those applicants who do not have much experience in the working world and wish to gain some professional customer interaction.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all our guests have an exhilarating, fun and safe experience at our Funzy Inflatable Theme Park located in the city centre of Bradford.
Ensuring heaps of engagement with our guests will achieve a smooth operation that delivers great guest satisfaction and safety.
A personable ‘smiler’, capable of genuine warm welcomes, that is an effective communicator and a team player are what matters to us. Whether you are marshalling the park or welcoming guests on our reception, being fully guest focused is essential.
Warm welcomes and the efficient processing of our guests through our font of house, to being attentive and appropriately assertive on the park, always being dedicated to guest’s safety and well-being with an ability to communicate on different levels to deliver this.

With a keen eye for detail you will ensure your operational and safety responsibilities are met. Inductions will be engaging and will deliver the necessities for a safe and fun experience.
Maximising all revenue lines will be a key performance indicator and you will play a key part thus a fully engaged customer will be encouraged to enjoy our full range of services on your shift.
You will also be keen to partake in all other elements that ensure a successful business is launched and sustained.

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
