About Us
We are a small but busy painting and decorating company based in Leamington Spa, with an excellent local reputation and consistent, high-quality work.
Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a skilled painter who can also take on basic site management duties.
This is a long-term, full-time role for a self-employed professional who is reliable, independent, and confident dealing with customers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out high-quality interior and exterior painting and decorating
- Visit properties for quoting and site assessments (support and guidance provided)
- Communicate directly with clients and suppliers
- Organise and collect materials and tools for jobs
- Oversee small projects and coordinate with other subcontractors
- Occasionally assist with basic admin tasks such as passing on job information or invoices (no heavy paperwork)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in painting and decorating (domestic/residential preferred)
- Excellent standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Well-organised, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable speaking with clients and representing the company professionally
- Full UK driving licence
- Must be registered as self-employed in the UK and able to invoice weekly (CIS scheme)

Day Rate
- £200 per day, depending on experience, reliability, and ability to handle quoting/tasks
