We’re looking for an SEO Specialist who understands how to turn organic traffic into real-world results and has first-hand experience in our industry. If you know what it takes to rank for “skin tightening treatment near me” or “lip filler clinic in London,” this is your role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and lead on-page and off-page SEO strategy for clients across the medical and aesthetics space
- Perform in-depth technical SEO audits and resolve crawling, indexing, and site speed issues
- Conduct keyword research and content strategy aligned with search intent and local SEO goals
- Collaborate with our content, dev, and design teams to implement SEO best practices
- Build and manage backlink strategies, local citations, and outreach campaigns
- Track, analyze, and report performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush
- Stay updated with algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly
Who You Are
- 2+ years’ SEO experience, ideally in an agency or results-driven environment
- Hands-on experience in the beauty, medical aesthetics, wellness, or health sectors
- Deep understanding of local SEO, especially for service-based businesses
- Familiar with CRO principles and how organic traffic converts
- Proficient in tools like Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Looker Studio
- Strategic thinker who’s not afraid to get tactical
- Can write a meta description and an SEO strategy document blindfolded

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
