Job Overview
THH Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Packer/Machine Operator to join a well-established company based in Mirfield. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for individuals looking for stable, long-term employment with consistent weekday shifts.
This role WILL require the applicant to start from the bottom, learning the very basics of the processes, including packing and end of line work, before progressing into a machine operator role.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on a busy production line stacking finished products as they come off the line
- Ensure all products meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Follow all site health and safety procedures at all times
- Learn the basics of the processes and operation on site
- Show willing for development.
What We're Looking For
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual, repetitive work
- Able to stand and move throughout the shift
- Good attention to detail with the ability to work at a steady, consistent pace
- Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is desirable, but not essential
- Someone who wants to learn!!!!!
