Job Overview
We are seeking a part time, hands on Housekeeper / Maintenance Team Leader to look after our rental properties in Hull.
School hours can be accommodated
Must be hands on, have good communication skills and be able to work as a key part of our management team. Must have driving licence and own car. Must be practical, able to prioritise tasks, work to deadlines and organise self and others. Eg. liaising with cleaners, plumbers, electricians, maintenance and tenants. etc. and have a good eye for detail.
Responsibilities
To deal with weekly fire checks and HMO (shared houses) checks / maintenance, eg.
un block sinks, check washing machine filters, dryer filters, replace light bulbs etc. Inspect rooms / apartments take move out photo evidence and report back on work required.
To organise, liaise with and meet and greet trades as needed.
Make up rooms ready for viewings, re inspect work done prior to move ins.
Source and purchase regular supplies and replacement parts and furnishings as necessary.
Provide on call cover on a rota with other team members.
Qualifications
- Own vehicle and driving licence
- Practical and hands on
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise, motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Strong customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in basic home maintenance.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
