Outbound Call Handler needed.
We are expanding our outbound call team here at Perfect Reception. As a result we are looking for two confident, outgoing and ambitious call handlers to join our team.
As a company we offer a variety of services to other businesses to help support and grow their companies, more and more we are finding people have a need to outsource their outbound calls to continue their company growth and customer service levels.
The right candidate will:
- Have basic computer knowledge and skills.
- Be able to think of their feet.
- Be confident and professional and have an excellent phone manner.
- Enjoy a fast paced working environment.
- Have a bubbly personality and the ability to read any given situation and act accordingly.
- Can work within specific targets and time frames.
Desired but not necessary attributes would be:
- Previous Outbound Call/Cold Calling experience.
- Sales experience.
- An understanding of marketing strategies and business growth.
- Experience in Linked In.
- Have commercial awareness.
Opening hours are between 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. Shifts will typically be split between a morning and afternoon shift, so the ability to either start at 8.30am or finish at 5.30pm will be essential.
All training will be given.
There will be options for overtime, increase to full time hours, commission and career growth opportunities for the right candidate.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
