Order Processor/ Administrator.
We are recruiting for an order processor/ Customer services admin to join our team at Glasscraft. This role will be based at our Leeds depot and the hours of work will be 08:00am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Dealing with inbound & Outbound customer calls.
- Processing customers orders
- Dealing with after sales queries
- Quotation Inputting
- Assisting with incoming emails
- General Admin responsibilities such as organising future orders and filing etc.
Experience & Skills needed:
- Previous order entry experience is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ambition to succeed and ability to multitask
- Previous experience of G-Trak system or similar desirable but not essential.
