We have an exciting opportunity for an Operational Excellence Coordinator for our Ruskington site.
Our ideal candidate will be accountable for the implementation and sustainability of the Management Pillar alongside the Site Director.
- You will be responsible for training/coaching and ensuring the proper usage of the Management Pillar tools, by actively supporting the use of Root Cause Analysis to resolve issues to drive KPI performance.
- You would proactively work with the Site management team to use the lean tools to improve processes and results.
- Ideally you will be SIGMA qualified and have experience in Lean Manufacture / Continuous Improvement preferably with experience in a FMCG Industry.
- You will be able to demonstrate evidence of creating a strong culture of involvement and influence with people through empowerment and coaching and have strong leadership skills.
- We would be looking for you to drives ownership and accountability into every level of our Site.
- Strong analytical skills & problem solving
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- Experience in Lean Manufacture / Continuous Improvement (important but not essential)
- Experience in a FMCG Industry.
- Evidence of creating strong culture of involvement and influence with people through empowerment and coaching
