This is an exciting time for the service and its journey towards becoming an outstanding provider of adult and community education.
Birmingham Adult Education Service is the largest Adult and Community Learning provider in the country, working across multiple sites, with over 7,000 adult learners annually.
We are looking for enthusiastic customer facing individuals to join our busy teams. You will provide a front line service answering learners queries, both in person and over the telephone as well as carrying out a wide range of administration duties. You will be representing the service as a first port of call for potential new learners and our existing learners. You will need to be highly IT literate and have excellent customer service skills.
This post will be working at Selly Oak Centre a vibrant centre in the heart of the local community.

An ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence using the English Language is required by Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016
