Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented operations service officer to join our team. The operations service officer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our cleaning services for end-of-tenancy cleaning and commercial cleaning, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate cleaning service schedules and assignments for end-of-tenancy and commercial cleaning.

* Supervise and train cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.

* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor service quality and identify areas for improvement.

* Conduct carpet, mattress, sofa, and upholstery cleaning for residential properties.

* Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.

* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate procurement as needed.

* Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

* Prepare and submit reports on operational performance and key metrics.

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

* 2-3 years experience in residential and commercial cleaning.

* 1-2 years of experience in carpet & upholstery cleaning.

* Proven experience in operations management or a related field.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

* Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
