We are now looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Bookings Administrator to join our team.
Role Overview:
As an Operations & Bookings Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our operations by managing existing candidate enquiries, processing bookings, and ensuring smooth communication between candidates, suppliers and our training team. This is a non-sales role that focuses on administration, scheduling, booking and customer care. You will receive comprehensive training at our London office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and process candidate enquiries efficiently.
- Manage bookings for HGV courses and related services.
- Update and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Provide clear and timely communication to candidates regarding their training schedules.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Support general administrative tasks as required.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Daily post of Welcome Packs
Requirements:
- Previous administration or bookings experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident telephone manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and CRM systems, Payment systems.
