Join our London Operations team as an Equities Operations Associate. This hands-on role supports the trading desks and requires strong Equities Trade Support experience, with regular interaction with Prime Brokers, fund administrators, and other external counterparties.
Your future role at QRT:
- Managing equity trade matching across Traiana and CTM platforms for give-up trade flow. Investigating and resolving mismatches versus numerous executing brokers ensuring timely settlement
- Fails monitoring
- Performing start-of-day and T+1 position and transaction triparty reconciliations, investigating and resolving breaks versus our fund admin and prime brokers in a timely manner
- Performing manual trade bookings across all asset classes
- Liaise with multiple trading desks, Treasury, Senior Managers, Risk, Compliance & COO teams regarding issues and queries.
Your present skillset:
- Minimum 5 years Equity Trade Support experience
- An operational understanding of equity related corporate action lifecycle/mechanics is preferred but not essential
- Varied Asset Class knowledge advantageous
- Driven and self-motivated to problem solve and work cross-collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Team-player
